The layout is organized around a central patio that connects both levels and allows light and vegetation to flow through the home, integrating nature and architecture.
The upper floor concentrates the private areas, while the ground level opens to the garden and covered barbecue area, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
The garden — the heart of the set — acts as a natural core that brings light, ventilation and greenery, creating a warm contrast to the solidity of the concrete.
Exposed-concrete overhangs shelter the entrance and enhance the sense of openness in the social areas. White ceramic tiles between the concrete beams add texture, sobriety, and easy maintenance, reinforcing the project’s identity and its connection to the local context.
The interiors were conceived with versatility in mind: in addition to the three main bedrooms — one suite and two semi-suites — the design includes two flexible rooms that can serve as a home office, playroom, or guest room.
With 183 m² of built area (1,970 sq ft), each unit combines technical rigor with a clean, understated aesthetic, featuring finishing details that express coherence, durability, and comfort.
Materiality defines its contemporary character: exposed concrete, microcement bathrooms, Portobello porcelain tiles, black aluminum frames, and an ACM main door.
All units benefit from north-facing rear exposure, ensuring natural light throughout the day.
